Enjoy free shipping on orders over:

— 220€ in Europe (Zones 1, 2, 3)
— 350€ International

If an order is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Orders are processed on working days until 12:00 PM (CET) and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs.

DUTIES & TAXES

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and/or import taxes may apply.

These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Anane is not responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

All EU orders are shipped from Spain, so no customs duties apply within the EU.

RESPONSIBILITY

If a parcel is not claimed or is refused, it will be returned to Anane.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This is non-negotiable.
